FOOD BOX DISTRIBUTION EVENT - VARIOUS COMMUNITIES IN GEORGIA

As we continue to celebrate Jamaica‚Äôs independence, we were excited that 3 of our local Jamaican organizations in Georgia partnered to distribute over 1,000 boxes of fruits and vegetables! The Jamaica Project USA, The Atlanta Jamaican Association, Inc. - AJA with President Tony Gray heading up the distribution, and Friends on the Corner. Huge thank you to USDA Farmers to Families and Marcia Eason from Lions for Hunger for Georgia District 181 for making this distribution of food supplies available to us!  We were able to distribute 200 food boxes safely to residents in Stone Mountain, Duluth, Suwanee, Decatur and Atlanta.
